  Michael was professional, organized kept me in the loop with the work he was doing. He respected  our home and left the work sites clean and tidy.  We had 21 shut off valves replaced plus the main water valve into the house and he was here for about 5 1/2 hrs.   I thought I had an expensive bathtub leak with water dripping into the basement. Mike figured out that it was simply a loose shower escutcheon, fixed by tightening and a bit of caulk - straightforward and inexpensive.
